Order:
For purchasing maskyou products we encourage you to order it from maskyou webpage (maskyou.studio). Currently, order cancelation facility is not available at our end. Once the order is placed, maskyou will be liable to deliver it within the given time and maintain the best product quality until delivered.
Product Price:
maskyou preserves the right to change product prices at any time. All prices are mentioned in Bangladeshi currency (Tk.)
Delivery:
Maskyou doesn’t own its personal delivery system. For orders we use 3rd party courier Service.
Delivery time limit and others:
Maskyou tries to deliver products within 2 to 10 days depending on shipping address and product availability. The mentioned time will be counted from the time of order approval by maskyou. Delivery outside Dhaka will be considered as the standard delivery time of 3rd party courier service. Delivery is usually within 3-10 days outside Dhaka. Sometimes the delivery time may be delayed due to natural and unavoidable circumstances.
Product return policy:
Our products are sterilized at source and can’t be returned if the product is unpacked unless it’s defective. Let us know within 1 hour if you find any defective products.

All designs or works of art in maskyou are registered under the Copyright Act enacted by the Government of Bangladesh.
